Terms & Conditions

1. Punctuality

  • Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will automatically lose their space and full deposit.

  • Appointments are scheduled back-to-back, so your session starts and ends at the agreed time.

2. Services & Scheduling

  • Massages, facials, Mayan clay treatments, and holistic rituals are offered at our Beach Road location.

  • Set appointment times: 10:00 AM, 12:15 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:45 PM. No changes or modifications allowed due to limited availability.

3. Bathhouse

  • The Private Bathhouse is not included in regular massages. It is a separate 3–4 hour service, available only by reservation at our jungle location in Macario Gómez (approx. 40 min drive).

  • Minimum of 2 people required.

4. Payment & Tips

  • We accept cash (MXN/USD), credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. AMEX not accepted.

  • Tips must be in cash (MXN or USD) and are greatly appreciated.

5. Massage Guidelines

  • Mayan Clay is more effective in 90-min and 2-hr sessions.

  • Massages are nude-optional. Towels are provided for privacy. You may wear a swimsuit if preferred.

  • Deep tissue available upon request at check-in.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Each client receives a personal basket to store clothes and items inside the treatment room.

  • We strongly recommend removing all jewelry before arrival. Mayan Clay Spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

7. Environment & Hygiene

  • We do not use soap or shampoo, as they are harmful to the mangroves. Please help us protect the environment.

  • Bring flip-flops to protect your feet from gravel paths.

8. Adults Only

  • Our spa is a nude-optional, adult-only space. Clients must be 18+ or 21+ depending on local regulations.

  • We foster a respectful and open environment for full personal freedom.

9. Parking

  • Limited parking is available outside our Beach Road location (first come, first serve).

  • Bike and scooter parking available. If full, please look for nearby street parking.

10. Cancellations & Deposits

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit per person to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations after payment incur a 25% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours result in full loss of the deposit.

11. Booking Information

 To confirm your appointment, please provide:

  • Number of people

  • Date and time

  • Desired treatment(s)
